our story

Salty Ventures was founded by Thomas Dosier Jr and Lisa Overby-Dosier in 2020. Both have spent a lifetime out on the water and are excited to share what a boating lifestyle feels like with you! Thomas & Lisa both enjoy waterskiing and wake-boarding whenever possible and any activity in the great outdoors.

When not on the water, Thomas can be found OUTSIDE somewhere, tinkering on projects, getting exercise by running miles around the island, or at the Finish Line of dozens of local running events being part of the well known Go Time Team! He has an active personality, is a friend to many, and a stranger to none. 

Lisa is hard to track down, but when she is not selling real estate at Coldwell Banker, she is soaking up the sun somewhere!  She has a passion for helping others and enjoys making new friends as often as possible.

One of the most important jobs for each of them is the role of being a parent to 5 awesome individuals. Ages range from 9 to 25 and all in between!
